Cisco Webex Calling with registered phones. To use this app, you need a Webex Calling account with administrative rights and the UPLINX software installed on a Windows PC.

Yes, UPLINX Remote Phone Control tool fully supports Cisco Webex Dedicated Instance. Please note that Cisco Webex Dedicated Instance in essentially Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM) software running as a hosted instance. Cisco Webex Dedicated Instance is a specialized cloud calling solution built on the Cisco Unified Communications Manager framework, providing a dedicated environment for organizations to manage their communication needs with enhanced security and customization options. It allows for a seamless migration from on-premises systems while maintaining feature parity with existing setups.
A note on "Webex support" claims
Some competing products have long claimed to "support Webex". This is misleading marketing — what they actually support is Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM), which Cisco now markets under the Webex Dedicated Instance name. True Webex Calling is a separate, modern cloud-native platform with a fundamentally different architecture and API set. Supporting CUCM/Dedicated Instance and supporting Webex Calling are not the same thing, and the two should not be confused.
