This section lists the Cisco IP phone models that are supported, not supported, and partially supported to remotely control a phone by UPLINX Remote Phone Control Tool.
Phone models with asterisks (*) are the ones that are partially supported, and their limitations are noted at the end of this section. Note: See the following for a list of supported phones to deploy background images, and here for CTL/ITL supported phones.
Supported Cisco Phone Model Series
•Cisco Phone Series 9800 (9811, 9841, 9851, 9861, 9871) and 8875.
It shall be explicitly noted that are Cisco phones (MPP) or Video Terminals are NOT supported as the necessary APIs are missing on the release date of this tool.
Expansion Modules/KEM might be supported in the future if the Cisco API allows it.
