This section lists the Cisco IP phone models that are supported, not supported, and partially supported to remotely control a phone by UPLINX Remote Phone Control Tool.

Supported Cisco Phone Model Series

•Cisco Phone Series 9800 (9811, 9841, 9851, 9861, 9871) and 8875.

It shall be explicitly noted that are Cisco phones (MPP) or Video Terminals are NOT supported as the necessary APIs are not present in Webex Calling.  Expansion Modules/KEM might be supported in the future if the Cisco API allows it.
