UPLINX Report Tool for Amazon Connect generates reports for (you guessed it, right?) Amazon Connect. We aim to support the most recent versions with all features.

System Requirements

• Any actively supported Microsoft Windows Operating System: Microsoft Windows version 10/11, 64-bit, Windows Server 2016 or 2019 or later . Recommended 8 GB RAM, i5 CPU or better.
• The application runs on Microsoft .NET Framework 4.8. Generally this framework is already installed on your Windows..
• To generate optionally Word reports, Microsoft Word version 2016 or later needs to be installed on the same windows machine and VBA macros need to be allowed.
  

Missing Amazon Connect Configuration Items

All configuration items are included in configuration reports except the following:

• Outbound Campaign
• Evaluation Forms
• Chat widget

UPLINX Report Tool for Amazon must  retrieve configuration data through the Amazon Connect API, documented at https://docs.aws.amazon.com/connect/latest/APIReference/Welcome.html

Unfortunately, some config items of Amazon Connect cannot be retrieved through the API of Amazon Connect. There are no other means to retrieve configuration data. UPLINX has opened feature requests for missing config items.
