You can monitor connected calls on controlled phones. While a call is connected, enter your phone extension in the Call Monitoring section, then click on the [Monitor] button. The call will then be forked to your monitoring phone and its audio can be heard.

Call monitoring will only work on Cisco phones supporting Built-in Bridge (BIB). Some configuration settings are required on the CUCM server in order to make monitoring work.

Call Monitoring requires a Professional or Enterprise license and is not included with the Standard or Basic licenses.

Incoming call not appearing

Call Monitoring is only available when the tool detects an ongoing call on the controlled phone.

Occasionally, the Remote Phone Control Tool may not blink the phone button to indicate an incoming call on a phone. If this happens, close the Phone Control window and reconnect to the phone to resolve the issue.
