The UPLINX Remote Phone Control Webex enables you to control Cisco phones, running PhoneOS, from remote and, in the future, run various bulk operations.
This is the user guide for the UPLINX Remote Phone Control Webex (Desktop edition). It is a Windows form based application. The Remote Phone Control Webex has the following functionalities:
•Remotely control Cisco phones running PhoneOS that are connected to Webex Calling. This included Cisco Phone Series 9800 (9811, 9841, 9851, 9861, 9871) and 8875. It shall be explicitly noted that are Cisco phones (MPP) are NOT supported as the necessary APIs are missing on the release date of this tool. The user interface is designed to represent and mimic the physical phone. Additionally, some advanced features and information are added to enhance usability.
•Conduct Bulk Operations with the following easy-to-use Wizards :

The Remote Phone Control Tool runs on any Windows PC that has the Microsoft .NET 4.8 framework installed. It requires IP connectivity to the Cisco Unified Communications Manager and to Cisco phones.
