Utilized Network Protocols and Ports

The UPLINX Report Tool utilizes the following protocols and ports on the servers. If there are intermediate filters or firewalls, the protocol and ports must be opened towards the servers.

The Report Tool has no incoming connections and, by default on all Windows operating systems, all outgoing requests are allowed by the firewall. No changes should be required on the machine which runs Report Tool.

Phone Inventory Reports for: Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM)	HTTPS - TCP port 443 HTTPS - TCP port 443 Phones HTTP port 80 Note that https port 443 is now used for CUCM AXL API which also runs on TCP port 8443.	https://<IP>:443/axl/ https://:443/realtimeservice/services/RisPort web server on phones
