UPLINX Report Tool must retrieve configuration data through the Cisco Webex API, documented at https://developer.webex.com/docs/admin. Unfortunately, many config items of Webex cannot be retrieved through the API of Cisco Webex. There are no other means to retrieve configuration data. UPLINX has opened feature requests for missing config items. If you feel that UPLINX has missed something, and there is an API request to retrieve more information, please contact us with further details of the API request and screenshots of the data missing.

It has been observed that DURING sync, the Windows TCP/IP stack occasionally throws the SmartInspect log entry "System.Net.WebException: The request was aborted: Could not create SSL/TLS secure channel.". The workaround in this release is to re-try the HTTPS request up to 3x times with a 2 seconds delay.
•RIS query enhancement: When timeout on RIS, reduce RIS query size and retry up to 3 times. Save RIS query size (on tab Phone Inventory settings) to config. This applies to all RIS requests (not only Phone Inventory).
