Create a simple authentication rule to ensure there are no password or lockout problems. In CUC > System Settings > Authentication Rule, a dd a new Authentication Rule with the following settings:
1.Check 'No limit for failed Sign-Ins'.
2.Check 'Never Expires'.
3.Uncheck 'Check for Trivial Passwords'.
4.Set 'Minimal Credential Length' to 4.
The following authentication rule settings in CUC are recommended. Once the Report Tool has access, you may wish to increase the security levels.
