UPLINX Remote Phone Control supports:
•Cisco Expansion Modules 7914, 7915, 7916 for 79xx Cisco phones.
•Key Expansion Module CP-BEKEM, CP-8800-A-KEM and CP-8800-V-KEM for Cisco 88xx phones.
•CP-CKEM on 9971 phones
When expansion modules have been added to a phone and have been added to the phone's configuration in CUCM, the ADDON buttons will be displayed on the representation of the phone in UPLINX Remote Phone Control. Clicking these buttons shows the selected expansion module, simulating their physical layout. Keys and page buttons on the expansion module can now be pressed and will be sent to the phone. Please note that this is a simulation of the Expansion Module as these models do not allow to retrieve their screenshots.
