Purchase 'Report Tools for Cisco Unified Communications' - EUR

All licenses generate full reports for all supported servers (CUCM, CUPS, CUC, CER, Exchange and UCCX) and include all product features. All new features, software updates and support are included within the licensed period.
Basic License (single cluster - CUCM reports - one reporting client)
The Basic license allows unlimited reports on one (1) reporting client for one Cisco CUCM cluster identified by the CUCM publisher IP address. The license is perpetual (does not expire) with Lifetime Free Updates and support but is bound to the major Cisco UC version.

Standard License (single cluster - all supported servers - one reporting client)
The Standard license allows unlimited reports on one (1) reporting client for one Cisco UC cluster identified by the CUCM publisher IP address. The license is perpetual (does not expire) with Lifetime Free Updates and support but is bound to the major Cisco UC version.
Note: All upgrades require an existing license of a previous version.

Professional License (multi cluster- all supported servers - one reporting client)
The Professional license allows unlimited reports on one (1) reporting client for any Cisco UC cluster. It is ideal for a single consultant or single reporting server.
The Professional license is a RTU (Right to Use) license for one year and will expire after one year.

After the first year, the license can be extended for 50% of the initial purchase price per year by purchasing a Professional license extension:

Enterprise License (multi cluster - all supported servers - 12 x reporting clients)
The Enterprise license allows unlimited reports on up to twelve (12) reporting clients for any Cisco UC clusters. It is ideal for system integrators, telecom operators or large enterprise networks with several clusters and includes premium support by email or phone within one day.
The Enterprise license is a RTU (Right to Use) license for one year and will expire after one year.

How to register a license
After you made the payment, we will email licensing instructions to your nominated email address.
Each license is bound to the node ID (Hardware ID) of the reporting client (PC or server) which can be found on the 'About' page of the Report tool demo version. (Click here to see screenshot)
We will email the license key to you within 24 hours after we have received the node ID. Simply add the license key to activate the full product features in the demo version.
